Mr. B did not have a good Friday. We had a total meltdown leaving for the bus stop. We're talking Chernobyl type meltdown here. The Wife and I had to literally drag him to the bus stop. (Actually, dragging would have been easier as he was trying to get back home the whole time.)
He was crying and complaining that he wanted to play. Mostly, he just needed more sleep. Not much fun.
So this weekend, he slept. Every morning he slept to 7am (a full hour later than he gets to sleep during the week) and Sunday I think he might have actually napped during his "quiet time". He (and I) needed that.
This morning he didn't want to stop playing and he wanted to breakdown. He was quieted down and we were able to get to the bus stop uneventfully. I'm afraid that this doesn't bode well for the rest of the week.

Ouch. It seems the novelty has worn off and now he wants to move on to the next fun thing. Good luck with that!
There seems to be an abundance of posts on this subject today.
You know I feel your pain.
Dear Mr. B,
Welcome to your life for the next 65 years.

The World
Maybe that is my problem in the morning...I just don't want to quit playing. :)
